2PM’s Nichkhun Sells Bungeoppang in Hongdae, Huge Crowds Gather: “The Boss Is Handsome and It’s Delicious”
On March 20, 2PM’s Nichkhun shared photos on his SNS with the caption, “The boss is handsome, and the boss is handsome.” The images show him posing in front of a street bungeoppang stall, with a banner beside him reading, “The boss is handsome, and the bungeoppang is delicious. Four for 1,000 won.”
In another photo, Nichkhun is seen wearing a sanitary mask and gloves while making bungeoppang himself. His serious expression as he carefully cuts the pastry with scissors made him look like a real street vendor.
This was part of a filming event for his YouTube channel Khun’s Cells, held at Hongik Culture Park on February 27 at 1 PM (KST). He took on the challenge of selling 100 bungeoppang within an hour. 2PM’s Hwang Chan-sung made a surprise appearance as a special guest, thrilling fans. He even showed impressive skills in making bungeoppang, earning praise from the production team.
Fans reacted enthusiastically, saying, “I’m so sad I couldn’t go because it was a weekday,” “I want to try celebrity-made bungeoppang,” “Please do this in other cities too,” and “He’s too handsome.”
Meanwhile, Nichkhun recently appeared on JTBC’s “Knowing Bros,” where (G)I-DLE’s Minnie mentioned a chatroom for Thai celebrities. She joked that either Nichkhun had left or they made a new one without him, to which Nichkhun humorously responded, “I was never in it to begin with,” making everyone laugh.
